Nature of the Service

This is a private reference site with no government role. It stores no official custody or court records and cannot confirm status, release anyone, post bond, or file documents with an agency.

Its pages point toward public resources maintained by HCSO, DPSCS, Maryland courts, and federal agencies. Some search functions connect users with outside research tools.

Permitted and Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the service lawfully and without harming people, systems, or other visitors. You must not:

• Licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility.

Links may lead to release-record portals, sheriff and corrections pages, courts, legal-help resources, and independent search services. A link is not an endorsement. We do not control those sites, their data handling, content, accuracy, terms, or availability. Review their policies before using them.

Service Provided As Is

The site and its content are supplied “as is” and “as available.” No warranty is made regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or current state of information.
• Continuous or uninterrupted access.
• Freedom from errors, bugs, or security weaknesses.

Effect of an Invalid Term

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms stay in effect. The affected provision will be adjusted only as much as needed to make it lawful.
